Three chats for hard work
One window is enough for a simple task. When the work is new or easy to get wrong, split it across a Researcher, a Mentor, and a Builder.
1Researcher
Gathers the evidence before you commit. Best practices, frameworks, and a summary you can skim.
2Mentor
Pressure-tests the plan. The point is a challenge, not a task list.
3Builder
Produces the deliverable. It asks about format, audience, and constraints before it drafts.
Open three chats. Get a summary from the Researcher, paste it to the Mentor, then pass the research and the plan to the Builder. The handoff is always research, then plan, then build.
