   List the specific work you do, not a vague wish for AI. Structured, checkable tasks are usually the stronger starting point.

   For me, with me, or prepare me. Most people stay in for me and miss where judgment still belongs in the loop.

   Why it matters, whether you will try it, whether the task fits AI, and what a short test of value would look like.
