Turn transcripts into meeting notes you keep
One reusable prompt for what you need to remember, decide, or follow up on, in a format you will actually use.
Learn the prompt once. Paste it into ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Microsoft 365 Copilot, or whatever chat your organization already allows.
Follow your organization's rules for meeting data. Do not paste confidential material you are not allowed to put in the tool. If you share the notes, say when AI helped.
- 1
Build the prompt once
In a fresh chat, answer a short interview about your meeting types, who the notes are for, and what good notes look like. Save the finished prompt.
- 2
Get a transcript
Use whatever your organization already allows. Copy the text soon after the meeting, while the context is still fresh.
- 3
Run it in a new chat
Paste the saved prompt, add the meeting topic in one line, then paste the transcript. Review and edit before you share.
If the notes were close but not right, ask the chat to update the reusable prompt for next time, not only to fix this meeting.
Free in the Mastermind. The full guide includes the interview prompts and a worked example.
