Learn from AI before you ask for the draft

A short learning pass first makes the draft easier to judge and faster to fix.

  1. 1

    Ask it to teach you

Name the task you are about to do. Ask for current practice, a useful framework, and a short guide you can learn from. Do not ask for the deliverable yet.

  2. 2

    Question what comes back

Ask about gaps, common mistakes, and anything that clashes with what you already know. That back-and-forth is what you will use to judge the draft.

  3. 3

    Then ask for the work

Request the plan, outline, message, or document. You will know what to keep, what to push back on, and what to fix yourself.

Ask for the deliverable first and you often get a confident draft that misses your context. Learn and question in the chat first, and you can spot what still needs your edit.
